Date: Wednesday November 1 2017
Join researchers from ICRISAT, CIAT, IRRI, International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) and ILRI at a CCAFS-led webinar discussing their experiences on bridging the science-policy divide and meeting the needs of policymakers as they work to craft evidence-based policies. The discussion will take place over two webinars on Nov. 1 and Nov. 2.
The aim of this webinar is to share lessons from projects of the CGIAR Research Program on Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security (CCAFS) that have helped bridge the science-policy divide and better respond to the needs of policymakers with demand-led evidence creation. The webinar will share CCAFS’s experiences using approaches such as learning alliances and science-policy dialogue forums with people interested in informing policy with science and conducting demand-led research.
